It is specifically designed for four-wire bidirectional AC motors and offers user-friendly control with direct-control buttons and wireless buttons for customizable scenes and routines. The result is smart, responsive, and elegant control of your shading technology that seamlessly fits into a modern home.

• Thread/Zigbee Support: In Thread mode, no Aqara hub is needed to connect to third-party Matter ecosystems①, while Zigbee mode② unlocks exclusive Aqara features and ensures backward compatibility with classic Aqara Zigbee hubs without limiting Matter support. The flexible protocol switching allows you to choose between Matter integration or Aqara features based on your preference.
• One-Tap Blind Position: Control your blinds from anywhere, at any time, with precise regulation using a percentage setting (1%-100%) via the app, button, voice, scheduler, and more. You can precisely fine-tune the position of your blinds to match your lighting needs, protect furniture from the sun, ensure privacy, or create the ideal atmosphere from fully closed to fully open.
• Customizable Calibration③: Smart calibration for easy initial setup, custom calibration for personal precision, and Route pre-calculation for long-term accuracy.

• Exclusive Wireless Buttons④: In addition to basic open/close/pause control via the left button, the right button allows precise control over the amount of light entering the room — helping to create the perfect atmosphere for work, relaxation, or sleep. Users can trigger smart scenes and automations, personalizing their environment with a single tap.
• Discreet Indicator Light: The low-profile LED indicator is designed to minimize light disturbance and only lights up during operation. The indicator does not turn on when the device is idle to avoid disturbing sleep.
• 55 mm Frame Support: The Aqara Light Switch H2 EU fits seamlessly into commonly used 55 mm (55 mm x 55 mm) modular switch systems and supports popular third-party frames like Gira System 55 and Merten M. The standardized design ensures compatibility within EU markets, minimizing the need for special modifications and simplifying installation.

① For use in Thread mode, a Thread-compatible Matter controller is required.

② Zigbee mode requires an Aqara Zigbee hub. Third-party dongles are not supported.

③ Custom and Route pre-calculation work only in Zigbee mode and when connected to an Aqara hub. Smart calibration must be manually activated by non-Aqara users.

④ Wireless button functions may not be fully supported in all Matter ecosystems.

⑤ When installing multiple modules, use Aqara H2 EU frames (sold separately).
