Yes — all products in our store are compatible with Apple HomeKit (iPhone), Google Home (Android), and Amazon Alexa. Many models also support Matter, the universal standard that works with all three ecosystems simultaneously. Before purchasing, you can always ask us about the compatibility of a specific device.

Absolutely. Domotika is an official authorized importer and distributor for all the brands we sell — Aqara, Shelly, Tedee, Meross, Sonos and Home Assistant. All products are original, intended for the European market, and come with an official warranty. Do I need the internet to control my smart home?

Accepted Answer

For remote control (while away from home) — yes, an internet connection is required. For local control while at home, many of our devices (especially Shelly) work offline, directly over your home Wi-Fi network.

Do smart devices work without electricity or the internet?

Accepted Answer

If there is no power, smart devices do not work — just like any other electrical device. During an internet outage, local (home) control is still possible for some devices, but remote access will not be available.

Can I connect devices from different brands in one system?

Accepted Answer

Yes! That's why ecosystems (Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Alexa) and the Matter standard exist. For example, you can have Aqara sensors, Shelly switches, and a Tedee lock — and control them all through one app.
